Awesome Service!! Quick, easy, and seamless booking process online. No outlandish deposit necessary. Great communication after booking with a confirmation. The week of my event I received a notification with my delivery window. Delivery driver was timely and also communicated beforehand. The driver was very professional upon arrival. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience with Play On Rentals for Beaux’s 5th birthday! We rented a bounce house/water slide, and it was easily one of the biggest hits of the entire party. The kids had an absolute blast! What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Chase and his team were some of the nicest people to work with and had incredible communication from start to finish. They made everything easy, were professional, friendly, dependable, and genuinely seemed to care about making Beaux’s birthday special. It’s rare to find a company that combines a great product with this level of service. We will 100% be using Play On Rentals again and recommending them to anyone looking for a bounce house or water slide for their next event. Wonderful experience with Play On Rentals! They did a great job communicating drop off/pick up times. Drop off and set up was super easy and smooth.
